  1. Report: Audit of the status of the organization for the implementation of Projects including:
    1. methodology
    2. Design documentation standards
    3. Project organization (project structures)
    4. Project control system
    5. tools supporting the implementation of Projects
    6. Summary and recommendation of corrective actions and directions of change

 

  1. Adaptation and implementation of part or all parts of ISM4POs:
    1. Adaptation of the methodology to the Provider conditions
    2. Use of ISM4POs elements, e.g. documentation standards, controlling, RACI, audits, methodology patterns
    3. Preparation and implementation of design tools implementing the methodology (DevOps, SharePoint, Teams)
    4. Implementation (including a dedicated training package)
    5. Methodological support during the first implementations of the Project according to ISM4POs
    6. Monthly report on work carried out

    

  1. Realization the Project on behalf of the Provider within the scope:
    1. Project implementation in accordance with the Agreement
    2. Collaboration with Provider's Suppliers
    3. Provider Project Team management 
    4. Preparation and participation in selected meetings:
      1. operation project
      2. Project Manager
      3. Komitetu Sterującego
      4. Internal Provider
    5. ongoing reporting of Changes, Risks, Problems along with recommendations for actions
    6. Monthly report on work carried out  

 

  1. Support in Implementation Project for the Provider's Project Manager in the scope of:
    1. support in organizing the Project (developing  and design documents)
    2. support in collaboration with Subcontractors
    3. support in resolving the Risks and Issues identified by the Provider's Project Manager
    4. at the request of the Provider Project Manager:
      1. Checking the compliance of the Client/Supplier's actions with the Agreement
      2. Development of recommendations for actions regarding Risks and Project Issue
      3. Participation in pointed  meetings, including meetings with the Client and the Subcontractors
      4. developing recommendations for corrective actions
      5. support in implementing and monitoring corrective actions
    5. Monthly report on work carried out  

 

 

  1. Report: From the implementation of the Project (including the threatened Project):
    1. project status: planned vs current (scope, budget, schedule, risks, issues)
    2. Assessment of the feasibility of the Project implementation within the assumed parameters
    3. Recommendations for corrective actions and changes

 

  1. Trainings:
    1. Training in Best Practices for ERP Implementation Projects
    2. Training in Best Practices for Service Project Implementation 
    3. IMS4POs training
